They’ll share practical strategies for identifying bottlenecks, improving accountability, and building systems that help teams work more effectively day to day.
In this session, we’ll cover:

Identifying common workflow bottlenecks that slow down veterinary teams
Strategies to improve communication and accountability across your practice
How to create systems and processes that support sustainable growth
