In this VetCPA webinar, Greg Toner, CPA, and guest Dr. Matt Spiegle, DVM, will discuss how veterinary practices can approach food sales to support both clinical outcomes and business performance.
They’ll explore practical strategies for integrating food into your practice workflow, improving team involvement, and creating systems that make nutrition recommendations easier for staff and clients alike.
In this session, we’ll cover:
How pet food sales can contribute to practice profitability.
Ways to integrate nutrition recommendations into everyday clinical workflow.
Improving team efficiency and consistency around food recommendations.
Strategies to increase client compliance and repeat purchases.

Whether your practice sells a lot of food or very little, this session will provide insights you can apply immediately.
